All cost control procedures are ISO 9000 compliant making them extremely efficient enabling efficient utilization in all industries.

All job reports and cost reports that are published highlight itemized cost-to-date and cost-to-complete projections within each general category. These reports are generated regularly to project manager.

The project manager is responsible for the breakdown of the original estimate into cost goods for input into the cost program. The project manager is also responsible for updating all cost associated with variances to job conditions.
